Time to Harvest

I wanted to share a few words about the inspiration behind this image. When I visit relatives on vacation, I have to cross the plain to reach the mountains. The last segment of the road passes through rice fields; in winter, they are dry, but in spring, they turn into numerous water mirrors. That final part of the countryside before the Alps, during certain hours of the day, becomes a captivating place due to the play of light. I would take numerous photos if only I weren't on the highway driving. So, I captured this shot once I was back home. Of course, from my perspective.
